1. Overview

Talevo is a cloud-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) operated by JVJ Software Solutions LLC at talevoportal.com. Employers use Talevo to manage recruitment workflows, and SMS messaging is used exclusively to communicate with job applicants about their applications. This page describes how we collect consent, what messages are sent, and how applicants can opt out.

2. How Consent Is Collected

SMS consent is collected during the online job application process at talevoportal.com/apply. When an applicant fills out a job application, they are presented with required consent checkboxes before they can submit the form. The applicant must actively check each box to proceed.

Application Form Consent Checkboxes:

* I agree to receive SMS/text messages from [Employer Name] about my job application, including status updates, interview scheduling, document requests, and offer notifications. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

* By checking this box, I agree to receive calls regarding my application or retainment.

Both checkboxes are required (marked with *) and must be checked before the application can be submitted.

Consent is collected at the point where the applicant enters their phone number and submits their application. The form cannot be submitted without actively checking the consent boxes. This constitutes express written consent under TCPA guidelines.
